Abstract
Protected mono-, di- and tri-saccharides, O-linked to N-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-serine 4-nitrophenyl ester, suitable for solid-supported or liq.-phase synthesis of glycopeptides were prepd. The saccharide moieties are fully benzylated b-glucopyranosyl and b-laminarotriosyl and also benzoylated b-glucopyranosyl, b-gentiobiosyl and 3-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-b-gentiobiosyl residues.
